Proven methods for listing a home are essential for selling quickly and obtaining the best market price. In 2023, 2024, and 2025 my listings were on the market an average of 4 days prior to going under contract. The established practices I use for preparation, pricing, and marketing are shown to work consistently.

Buying a home is an important milestone and the largest single investment most people make. It is both emotional and financial. I am passionate about helping people, especially my senior clients. N.A.R.'s Seniors Real Estate Specialist training equips Realtors® with skills and knowledge tailored for the needs of seniors. This includes downsizing, buying, selling, and finding living situations designed for retirement age and 55 Plus individuals.

Some properties I sell are in a higher price range and more exclusive community. The transactions are more complex, requiring a higher level of market knowledge, dedication to confidentiality, thoroughness, and communication. As for all my clients, the focus is still on providing exceptional customer service, market analysis, and concierge-style attention to detail.

Negotiation is about making deals work! Certified as a CNE in 2022, this skillset has proven invaluable to my buyers in bidding contests, and sellers in multiple offer scenarios. Once under contract the negotiation and client advocacy continues for repairs, appraisal shortfalls, boundary disputes, etc. All of which can result in contract amendments throughout the sale.
